Apartamenty Długa

The development consists of a complex of residential buildings comprising 192 apartments and four ground-floor commercial units. To reduce the perceived scale of the development and ensure a harmonious relationship with its surroundings, the building mass was divided into smaller segments distinguished by a varied palette of façade materials and colours. The scheme is complemented by carefully designed landscaped surroundings featuring a children's playground and an educational trail. Parking requirements are accommodated through an underground parking garage as well as additional surface parking spaces within the development.
